What types of villas are available?
We are a single Villa on absolute beach front, with 5 bedrooms, and all with sea view, in a modern and chic design. The Villa has all the modern comforts, with both a European kitchen and Thai kitchen which is outside, large swimming pool, table tennis, and expansion lawn, with a outdoor al fresco dining area, just steps from the beach.
What amenities are included in the villas?
We include daily Summer Estate Breakfast, Chef or Western and Thai cuisine, maid service, garden and pool service, and English speaking guest relations. We have Apple TV and Smart TVs in all bedrooms, and in living rooms, with table tennis, ocean kayak, stand up paddle board, body boards and other sports equipment and games.
Is breakfast included?
Our Summer Estate Breakfast is included in your stay, which includes Thai special treats, as well as one would expect from any five-star hotel.
Can I arrange airport transportation?
We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer per booking, and this should be arranged through your Guest Relations Manager once you have flight details. If you need any additional airport transport, Guest Relations can assist.
Are pets allowed at Summer Estate Villa?
Pets are not allowed at Summer Estate Villa.
Can I host events or parties at the villa?
For any parties at the Villa, this must be arranged and discussed before any confirmed booking. A simple dinner party with a few friends is not an issue, but for any full-scale party, there can be an event Charge. We can also assist with catering or other Event needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
For any cancellations, Summer Estate will offer the guest to use any payments made for future travel. Payments made are forfeited once a cancellation is made, unless the guest wishes to adjust dates to where Summer Estate has availability. If the new booking season has a different rate, this will apply to the new booking.
What are the nearby attractions and activities?
Nearby there are waterfalls, Phang Nga Bay, James Bond Island, and Phuket Town. Next to Summer Estate Villa is Baba Beach Club, which has a DJ and club vibes during the high season and Aleenta Resort & Spa has an international restaurant on the beach. Khok Kloy is the village near the Villa, which is a sleepy Thai town that can easily be explored in an hour. There is scuba diving and snorkeling at the nearby Similan Islands and one can do this also at the pier next to Summer Estate Villa.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
There is a 10-night minimum stay during the peak Christmas and New Year’s season combined, with a 2-night minimum stay for any normal period. In Easter and Chinese New Year we have a 5-night minimum stay.
