Summer Estate Villa is the ultimate place for a peaceful and private family holiday, only steps to the white sandy shores of the Andaman Sea on pristine Natai Beach, just 30 minutes north of Phuket Airport. Layout & Design
The Villa is recently built and renovated in 2019, adding more living space, outdoors and indoors, and now with 5 bedrooms. It is situated near Aleenta Resort Phuket-Phang Nga and BaBa Beach Club in Phuket-Phang Nga, Thailand. It is 10-15 minutes north of Blue Canyon Golf Country Club and five-star resorts: Anantara, Renaissance, Sala Phuket and nestled within the community of Natai Beach, with several high-end beach Villas. It is the perfect place to escape the crowds and enjoy a private, unspoiled tropical beach paradise.
Quintessentially an absolute beach-front Villa, Summer Estate is modern in style with clean lines, replete with a swimming pool, gym, table tennis and an expansive lawn to enjoy. The outdoor lounging area, well-shaded by trees and umbrellas, is perfect to take in the sunset or to have an al fresco lunch. The covered Sala is perfect for dining partly outdoors, with a large daybed, newly renovated, the room connects with a TV room and massage room, perfect for a ‘tween’ retreat or parent privacy. Light-weight, easy-to-move, sun loungers with comfortable thick padding, make it a pleasure to lay by the pool, enjoy a novel, or simply surf the internet with property-wide WiFi. Excursions
There is no shortage of nearby trips, including famed James Bond Island, the beach community of Koh Lak, or yachting or snorkeling in Phang Nga Bay. Shopping and nightlife is best in Phuket, 45 minutes drive from Natai Beach. The local village of Khok Kloy has simple shops, banks and few restaurants.
